What the practice does
RCode Intelligence is the practice through which Rohit advises organisations directly, from an early assessment of whether AI is the right answer through architecture to implementation. Engagements are usually short and specific: a second opinion, an assessment, an architecture review, or a period of hands on work with an existing team.
It is also the practice behind agentic AI work at platform scale, including the implementation of Workologix for one of the leading logistics companies in the United States.
Rohit's part in it
Rohit is the Principal Consultant. The advice comes from someone who still designs systems and still has to live with the consequences of a poor decision in his own companies, which is why a good deal of it is about what not to build.
