About Rohit

Values that show up in the work

Values are easy to list and hard to keep. These are the ones that can be checked against what actually gets done.

Quick answer

Quick answer

What values guide Rohit's work?

Honesty over hype, respect for people's time, responsibility for outcomes including the uncomfortable ones, patience with work that compounds slowly, rootedness in Roorkee, and collaboration, because good work is rarely solo.

Six values

Honesty over hype

Clear statements of what a technology or a treatment can and cannot do. No inflated promises to clients, students or patients.

Respect for people's time

Meetings with a purpose, software that saves effort, and consultations where the person feels heard rather than processed.

Responsibility

Owning outcomes, including the uncomfortable ones. Responsible use of data, AI and clinical authority is not optional.

Patience

Businesses, skills and health all improve over time rather than overnight. Consistent small steps outlast dramatic gestures.

Rootedness

Building from Roorkee, in a small city, with local teams and students, while working with people across India and beyond.

Collaboration

Good work is rarely solo. Co-founders, colleagues, teachers, clinicians and students have shaped every stage.

What they rule out

A value only means something when it costs something. Honesty over hype rules out the confident proposal that would win the work and disappoint later. Respect for people's time rules out the meeting that exists to show progress. Responsibility rules out blaming a vendor, a model or a patient for a decision that was the practice's to make.

It is also why this website carries no client endorsements, client logos, awards or invented statistics. When real material exists it can be added. Until then the absence is the point.

Questions

Questions about values

Why are there no client names or endorsements on this site?

Because only verified material is published here. Client work is confidential unless a client has agreed otherwise, and nothing is invented to fill a section.

What does rootedness in Roorkee mean in practice?

Teams, students and a clinic in one small city, with clients elsewhere. It shapes what gets built, because the people affected by a decision are usually nearby.
