How do Rohit's three paths fit together?
The technology path began with a B.Tech in Information Technology in 2001 and led through Oracle development and telecom systems to AI and agentic work. The entrepreneurial path began in April 2011 with the first company in Roorkee. The healthcare path began in 2019 with school biology and led to the BHMS degree and clinical internship. They overlap in time rather than replacing one another.
The technology path
A B.Tech in Information Technology (2001 to 2005) and a 2004 internship at IIT Roorkee, where a neural network trained by backpropagation tried to predict sunspot activity. Then Oracle development, Unix shell scripting and implementation work on MTNL's OSS/BSS systems at Xalted in Bengaluru, covering mediation, interconnect billing, fraud management and reconciliation.
Today the technology work centres on AI, agentic systems and intelligent automation, alongside software architecture and technology strategy. It is described in full on the Technology pages.
The entrepreneurial path
An MBA in Marketing and Human Resources (2008 to 2010), then the start of Acmez Business Solutions on 6 April 2011 with Dr. Aarzoo Saini. Software for distributors (2011), multi-location clinics (2012), hotels and restaurants (2014) and schools (2018), and a franchise management system for a retail chain in the United States and Canada.
Incorporation as Acmez Technologies Pvt. Ltd. followed in 2017, AARHIT Systems the same year, then Webyfied Global in 2024, and Sciematics Insights and AIIT Roorkee in 2025. Each organisation is listed on the Ventures page.
The healthcare path
Class 12 with Biology through NIOS (2019 to 2020), NEET in 2020, and the BHMS programme at Sri Ganganagar Homoeopathic Medical College Hospital and Research Institute, affiliated to Tantia University (April 2021 to February 2026). A supervised clinical internship has been running since March 2026, with practice at Dr. Suresh Homoeopathic Clinic in Roorkee planned from April 2027.
Alongside the degree came further training in areas close to it: an MA in Yoga and Naturopathic Sciences, Reiki, and a life coaching and counselling certification.
Where the paths meet
Building clinic software in 2012 was the first point of contact between the technology path and healthcare, years before medical study began. That experience is the reason the convergence work is practical rather than theoretical: it started with appointment books, records and billing in real clinics, not with a conference talk.

Did Rohit leave technology to study medicine?
No. He continued to lead technology at the companies he co-founded while studying, and still takes on AI and consulting work during the clinical internship.
Why would an engineer study medicine?
Building clinic software in 2012 showed him how much of healthcare depends on judgement that no system captures. Going back to study felt less like a change of career than a widening of the same work.
