Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Haridwar (CBSE)Rohit completed Class 10 in the 1998 to 1999 session and Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in 2000 to 2001. The Navodaya system brings students from different backgrounds into one residential school, and the habits it builds (self reliance, routine, learning alongside people unlike yourself) show up again and again in what came later.

Internship at IIT Roorkee: neural networks and sunspots

Two decades before generative AI became a household term, this was Rohit's first serious encounter with a model that learns patterns from data, and with the limits of what such a model can honestly claim to know.

Xalted, BengaluruImplementation work on operations and business support systems for MTNL, covering process mediation, interconnect billing, fraud management and reconciliation. Telecom back offices handle enormous volumes of records where a small error multiplies quickly, which made this a practical education in data flows, integration and accountability.

From telecom billing to school administration, most of the work has been about how information moves through an organisation. The code was always the last step, after the process was understood.

When did Rohit start his technology career?
Rohit studied for a B.Tech in Information Technology from 2001 to 2005, completed an internship at IIT Roorkee in 2004, and worked as an Oracle developer from 2005 to 2007 before joining Xalted in Bengaluru as an Implementation Engineer on MTNL OSS/BSS systems (2007 to 2010).
When did Rohit start his first company?
Rohit co-founded Acmez Business Solutions with Dr. Aarzoo Saini on 6 April 2011. It was incorporated as Acmez Technologies Pvt. Ltd. on 13 July 2017.
When did Rohit begin studying medicine?
Rohit completed Class 12 with Biology through NIOS in 2019 to 2020, qualified NEET in 2020 and began the BHMS programme in April 2021. The academic programme ended in February 2026 and his clinical internship began in March 2026.
